Louisiana field trip-March 2009

Regents vs. St. Andrews (3 Apr 09)

Georgia played Line 1 and was paired against their best player…a gigantic 14 year old eight grade boy!

The boy was a very strong player, and Georgia fell behind 1-6 in the pro set. Georgia dug deep and struggled back to even the score 8 – 8.

They went to tie break and Georgia finished him off 10 – 4 for the win!

Regents vs. St. Theresa (9 Apr 09)

Georgia was paired against last year’s district champion. This time, Georgia overwhelmed her 8-2!!

Boy, was the other girl shocked! She ran away before we could get a picture,

and she withdrew from the district singles tournament! Hee Hee! :)

Georgia is the new AIPL Girls 5/6 Tennis District Champion!!!

20 schools in the district sent their best players to the tournament and Georgia won the Championship for her school!

Then it was time for a Swim Party!!!

Georgia Champs Up!!!!!!!!

Winning the Amarillo ZAT qualified Georgia for Champion status!

We celebrated by painting up the Cadillac Ranch.

Jul 09: We took Alan to Six Flags.
