Sender’s Death Certificate

Taking place in the district capital of Plonsk on 10 October 1926: there appeared Henoch Ejdlic, age 39, and Henoch Sikora, age 61, both residents of Plonsk, and gave witness that yesterday at 11 am there passed away in Plonsk Sender Rozen, permanent resident of Plonsk, age 68, the son of Fabin Dawid and Ester Dyna (Rozen). The above named witnessed the death of Sender Rozen. This act was read to the witnesses and they and I signed this Act of Civil Registration.
