The Heart of Texas Nationals
is the 3rd biggest tournament in the state. Teams from all over the state and some from
other states send their best to compete.
Grant wrestled his heart out and took fourth place against some really
tough little wrestlers. In one match
Grant was having a tough time and was behind 8 -4 with 15 seconds to go in the
match but he just would not give up. He
escaped his opponent (1 point), took him down (2 points), and turned him over
for 2 back points, and won 9 -8 as the clock expired.
