Christmas at Cloudcroft
Santa came to our Lodge with
presents for the kids.
The stockings were hung from
our fireplace
Grant and I went snow tubing
and the girls got a pedicure and massage.
Everyone had fun except me. I was
snow tubing down the hill going about 10 mph and I blasted right into a little
6 year old girl who was stuck in the middle of the slope. She was OK but her father started yelling and
cursing at me. All Grant had to say was …”Do
it again, Daddy!”
I taught Grant how to make a
snowball.
very well for a 3 year old. It was his first time skating and in 30
minutes he had it down.
After a long day of ice
skating in zero degree wind chill weather, the fire was looking good.
